“CHEMFILL” – the new valve bag filling system
On the Achemasia in Beijing a new filling technology , the “CHEMFILL” was presented by Haver & Boecker , the German specialist for construction and building of machines and plants for the filling of solid and liquids.
This one-spout manually operated filling machine was adapted to the special market requirements of the chemical concerns in the Asia . Light products like silica , carbon black , all colored pigments up to titanium and zinc dust with bulk densities > 0.2 kg/dm3 can be filled . Due to a sophisticated modular concept, the machine technology is designed in an extremely variable way . Thus -according to requirements- different filling systems can be integrated .The filling technique corresponds to the requirements of large chemical concerns.
The main aim to develop a competitive filling machine for the Asian market which is in accordance with the world- wide standard was fully achieved.
